• You must be at least 18 years old to book services through our website.

• By booking, you confirm that you do not have any conditions that would make massage therapy unsafe without medical clearance.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information prior to receiving services. 

• If you are pregnant, have recent injuries, or ongoing health conditions, please notify your therapist before your session.

• Seven's Spa LLC is not liable for adverse reactions if information is withheld.

• While we strive to provide excellent service, Seven's Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from use of our services or website. 

• By booking a service, you acknowledge that you receive treatments at your own risk.

• All appointments are subject to availability.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash at the register, and other forms of payments as listed on our website.

• We kindly request at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service price. 

• Refunds for prepaid services, packages, or gift cards are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of management.

Seven's Spa is a fully licensed and legitimate massage establishment. All of our therapists are licensed massage therapists who provide professional therapeutic services only. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual requests, or harassment of any kind will NOT be tolerated.

Such conduct will result in:

• Immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Immediate and indefinite ban from all Seven's Spa establishments.

• Notification to law enforcement as appropriate.

By booking a service with Seven's Spa, you agree to respect these boundaries and uphold a safe, professional environment for both clients and therapists.
